The law firm Fašun, Melihen, Milač, Strojan, o.p., d.o.o. was established in 2009. All four founding partners began their careers at one of the largest law firms in Slovenia, where they handled its most demanding cases.

Partner attorneys

He has many years of experience representing clients in the most complex civil and commercial disputes. He has acted for a number of well-known figures from public and political life and defended clients in some of the most high-profile criminal proceedings in Slovenia. His extensive experience with tax inspection proceedings is an asset he applies across other types of matters as well.

Representing leading companies in Slovenia and the wider region, he has gained valuable experience in resolving the most complex disputes between companies and in representing companies against state institutions. He has acted for numerous well-known companies in landmark proceedings before the Slovenian Competition Protection Office and in court disputes between companies and state authorities in the fields of competition law, telecommunications and other areas of law.

Throughout his career he has advised successful Slovenian companies and prominent individuals. He has taken part in major acquisitions, mergers and due diligence reviews of significant companies in Slovenia. He has advised and worked with large Slovenian companies under foreign ownership or management, and has represented major European and global corporations, primarily in commercial and intellectual property matters. His studies abroad led him to specialise in representing German-speaking clients from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, as well as clients from other European countries, the United Kingdom and the United States, often in commercial and civil court disputes. In his practice he has advised and represented significant domestic and foreign companies and individuals. He has taken part in numerous due diligence reviews, acquisitions and management buy-outs.
