Attorney at Law mag. BLAŽ STROJAN, M. Sc.

Blaž Strojan is a specialist in the following areas of expertise: financial law (i.e. banking, insurance, investment, and stock exchange law), corporation law, real-estate law, civil law, property law, and administrative law.

In his previous attorney career, Blaž Strojan legally consulted and defended respected domestic and foreign corporations and individuals. He took part in many largest acquisitions in the market, takeovers. As a member of an expert group of Ministry for Finance Republic of Slovenia, he participated in the making of legislation in the area of investment funds in management corporations. Alongside this work, he published scientific articles in corporate law in all the reputed Slovenian legal publications.
