Attorney at Law mag. IZTOK MILAČ, LL. M. (Heidelberg)

Iztok Milač is a specialist in the following areas of expertise: commercial and civil disputes, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, civil law, representation of foreign clients in corporate and civil court proceedings, international transactions, contract law, and intellectual property law.

In his career, he has legally counseled successful Slovene corporations and eminent individuals. He took part in larger acquisitions, mergers, and apprehensive company legal due diligences in the Republic of Slovenia. Alongside this, he has counseled and cooperated with influential and mayor Slovenian corporations in foreign ownership or foreign governance. In many cases, Iztok Milač represented significant European and worldwide corporations, mostly in the area of corporate law and intellectual property law. While educating abroad, he specialized in representing German speaking legal entities and individuals, the majority being from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, in addition to other entities from Europe and other countries (i.e. The United Kingdom and The United States of America). In many cases he represented the recited legal entities in corporate and civil disputes before the Court of law. Every year he was actively involved in international associations of lawyers, enabling him to a wide net of business relationships with foreign experts.

In the last few years he was a business secretary of a foundation that finances postgraduate studies in Slovenia and abroad. Meanwhile, he was constantly upholding professional contacts with domestic and foreign law faculties, along with respected professors and perspective students.
